REQUEST INSPECTION
We use Whisper Reporter Software to generate our detailed and interactive home inspection reports. You shouldn’t have to anxiously await the information you need, so we make sure that your report can be accessed from your computer or mobile device usually 2 hours or less after the inspection is over. Upon receiving it, you will have access to helpful information about the home and necessary photos and videos that help you understand everything we uncovered during our inspection.
Very thorough and reports are detailed. Nothing was missed. Everything was super timely and he came out right away for the inspection. Highly recommend!

We really appreciated the time that Eric took to personally go over his Inspection report with us. The photo's and inspection details are a big help in showing the Builder exactly what issues need to be addressed before any of the new home warranties expire. We can highly recommend that anyone having a home built, should have it inspected by a reliable company, like Texas Reliable Inspections, one that's outside of the Builders influence, and inspected through each phase of the building process. Then, around the nine month of occupancy, have it reinspected for any issues that need to be addressed before the homes warranty expires.

We had our home inspection today and Eric was very respectful, thorough and responsive to all our questions. He gave the owners the choice to remain in their home while he completed his work (they chose to leave). He gave us the opportunity to be there in person to go over every detail of his inspection with detailed pictures of what was assessed, with a summary at the very end. His pictures and notes are broken up into sections so easy to go back and forth for review. He offered assistance for later time if we had any future questions. He is the person you want going over every inch of your future home!!

I tried a lot to find a home inspector, everyone says they are available. Schedules appointment but don't send supporting documents or don't respond promptly. But I found Eric from this (Texas Reliable Inspections) company. He is too good and flexible. He is so good. I had 2 minutes call with him, that's it. He took care of everything in next 15 minutes. And he was very patiently explaining everything after inspection. I am very happy with their service.
